Official Rules for the Hottest Girls of Delaware Calendar Search
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. How to Enter: To enter the the Hottest Girls of Delaware Calendar Search, go to http://www.hottestgirlsofdelaware.com and fill out the entry form to include your email address, first and last name, age, measurements, All entries must be received electronically, or at an Official Casting Call and/or Official Model Search Party Event. All entries will become the property of Sponsor (Hottest Girls of Delaware and Paul Pruitt Photography) and will not be returned. Incomplete entries will be deleted after 14 days.
3. Eligibility: This Search is open to females 21 years of age or older and either a legal resident of the State of Delaware, OR work or goto school in the State of Delaware within the immediate past 6 months of submitting entry or attending an official model search event including castin calls. Documented proof of these requirements we need to be supplied by winning participants. Employees of Hottest Girls of Delaware and Paul Pruitt Photography (“Sponsor”), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and such employees’ immediate families and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
4. Winner Selection:
a. Pre-screening of entries: The owner of Hottest Girls of Delaware.com will pre-screen online entries as they are submitted on the basis the completeness of ther required fields. All completed entries will be notified of official casting calls and official model search events. The owner of Hottest Girls of Delaware has full discretion to determine suitability of entries during the pre-screening process and their decisions are final and binding in all respects.
b. The final selection process will be at the decression of the Sponsor and will be binding. Methods of selecting the final 12 models that will grace the pages of the next Hottest Girls of Delaware Calendar will be a combination of open casting calls, hosted model search party events (where a sponsor/venue will be given the opportunity to hold an official model search event and select a winner present at that event whom will secure one of the 12 months in the calendar and online voting through the HottestGirlsofDelaware.com website. The 12 finalists will recieve a full photoshoot and featured page of one of the months in the upcoming calendar, receive 5 calendars, she will also be one of 12 eligible finalists to later compete for the grand prize valued over $1,000 (In Cash and Prizes) and grace the cover of the calendar itself. (In the event of a tie for the first place, the Winner will be selected by Sponsor.) The Winners of the online screening process will be notified by telephone and/or email and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Photo Release so as to be received by sponsor within 5 days of notification, unless prohibited by law. Winners are subject to verification. If a winner does not execute and return the required affidavit and release so as to be received by sponsor within 5 days of notification, prize will be forfeited and the next highest vote getter will be selected as an alternate winner. Notwithstanding the forgoing, for entries submitted online, checking the box that acknowledges Entrant has read and agrees to the Affidavit of Eligibility and Photo Release will be deemed binding acceptance of all terms therein. Prizes will be sent to qualified winners within 180 days of proper receipt of completed paperwork as described above in this section.
5. General Terms and Conditions: By entering this model search, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. As a condition of entry, the entrant must represent that she is the owner of any and all photographs (including the copyright thereof) that are being submitted or, if the entrant does not personally owns the photograph (including the copyright thereof), that the owner of the photograph’s copyright has granted the entrant the right to reproduce, publish, and otherwise display the photograph, and provide a Copyright Release.
By entering contest, Entrants consent to the use of her name, likeness and biographical information, and all entry materials, for advertising and commercial purposes without further compensation or consent, unless prohibited by law.
Entrants release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Hottest Girls of Delaware, Paul Pruitt Photography and Paul Pruitt individually and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, from any and all claims or damages, including personal injury and/or death or property damage, arising out of winner’s participation in the contest and winner’s acceptance and use and/or misuse of the prize awarded.
Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, technical, hardware, software, program or server failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; or lost, late, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, Internet service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any attempt to damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries made by any participating individual and seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for corrupted entries or technical or human errors or omissions of any kind relating to the submission or processing or entries. If, for any reason whatsoever, this contest, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts of affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In no event will Sponsor or its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of entrants’ access to use of the website or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said site, or any other web site. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
